Q1. Will you offer some materials to help promotion?

Yes! We will provide you with all materials, such as banners, screenshots, infographics, videos, and logos, once you become our affiliate partner. And we will update the materials to satisify different sale needs.

Q2. How does this program track conversions?

We use reliable and secure track system to record all your conversion and guarantee all your referrals.

Q3. What promotion methods are not allowed?

We do not allow:

  • Spam or unsolicited email promotions
  • Spamming on blogs, forums, social media, or any other commenting systems
  • Any other type of illegal or deceptive marketing
  • Use of materials that infringe on our intellectual property rights
  • Cookie-stuffing

XVPN affiliates found violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have their commissions voided and payments withheld. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in the XVPN Affiliate Program.

Payment:

Q1. What payment methods do you support?

We support Paypal and Direct Wire Transfer. Don’t forget to add your billing info after you get your affiliate account.

Q2. When can I get my commissions?

You can withdraw your money anytime once it reaches $100. We will make your payment within 3-5 business days after your application is received to deal.

Q3. What is the minimum payout?

We have a minimum payout of $100. When your commission balance exceeds $100, you can withdraw all immediately.

Q4. Why some of my commission is in pending?

The pending commission refers this part is in the money-back period, the days users can cancel their purchase and get money back. Commission will be confirmed after the money-back period.

Q5. Why is my withdraw application rejected?

If you violate our Affiliate Terms Of Conditions or related rules, we keep the right to reject your payment application and will ban your account from further part further participation in the XVPN Affiliate Program.

Q6. How many days of your cookies?

Our tracker cookies last for 30 days. Your referral is effective within 30 days after the click.

Q1. How can I change my passwords?

Please check your account setting to change your passwords.

Q2. How can I change my email address?

Sorry, we don’t support to change email address for now. Your email address is the only way to recognize your account and it connects all your commission information so we don’t suggest to change it. Please use a valid email for your sign up.

Q3. Can I get different trackers for different promotion?
